How to Achieve Monday Greatness with a Sunday Night RitualFeb 21, 2022
We all know it: most people dread Monday mornings. The key for me to conquer Mondays the past 10 years or so has been simple: treat your Sunday Night like Monday morning. Mondays for me are like Tuesdays.
Time block 30-60 minutes for a “Sunday Night Ritual”. Review your week before, prepare for your week ahead and have all emails, tasks and goals accounted for.
Start with your personal goals, and schedule them, literally have your work outs, reading, date nights, etc. time blocked. Take control of your time. I know someone that actually has his attire for the week laid out on Sunday nights based on the weather.
So many dread Mondays and show up unprepared. I hate that. I could never allow myself to be in that can of state, there’s just too much on the line and I respect myself, my wife, my family, my staff, my company, my clients and my future self too much to just show up Mondays playing catch up.
These are tactics we should have learned in High School and College.
